What is the difference between Static, Dynamic, and Racking load capacity for plastic pallets?
Static load is the maximum weight a pallet can hold when placed on a flat, level floor without being moved. Dynamic load refers to the maximum weight the pallet can safely support while being lifted and moved by a forklift or pallet jack. Racking load is the maximum weight the pallet can sustain when placed across warehouse rack beams without a solid floor underneath. Always verify your warehouse racking requirements before purchasing.
Do Butterfly Plastic pallets comply with international export and ISPM 15 regulations?
Yes. Unlike wooden pallets which require mandatory heat treatment or chemical fumigation under ISPM 15 standards, plastic pallets are completely exempt from ISPM 15 regulations worldwide. They eliminate pest infestation, mold, and customs quarantine delays, ensuring smooth clearance at international shipping ports.
What is the difference between Virgin HDPE and Recycled plastic pallets?
Virgin HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) pallets provide superior impact strength, UV durability, and perform reliably in cold room storage (down to -30°C) and food-grade cleanrooms. Recycled plastic pallets offer a highly cost-effective, eco-friendly solution for one-way export shipments and standard closed-loop warehouse storage.
Can we order custom colors, hot-stamped logos, or RFID tags on bulk pallet orders?
Yes. As an in-house manufacturer in Ipoh, Malaysia, we provide custom compounding colors (blue, red, yellow, black), custom silk-screen or hot-stamped company branding, and integrated RFID tag pockets for automated warehouse inventory tracking on commercial bulk orders.
